The Presto is built on a stretch mesh sleeve with a caged midfoot rather than conventional panels, and Abloh's version adds the signature text hits, the zip tie tag, and a foam tongue tab. The sock-like construction is what made the Presto unusual in 2000 and it still fits unlike anything else.
