1. Products & Orders

• We sell garden and outdoor products: flower pots, gardening tools, and outdoor chairs.

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

• Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

• We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Gardening Tools (Sharp objects):

• Handle with care; keep away from children.

• Wear gloves when using.

• Store safely after use.

Outdoor Chairs:

• Follow assembly instructions carefully.

• Place on level, stable surface.

• Do not exceed weight limits.

• For folding chairs, ensure locking mechanisms are engaged.

Flower Pots:

• Ensure pots have drainage holes for live plants unless specified.

• Use saucers to protect surfaces.

3. Safety Standards

• Gardening Tools: ASTM F2790.

• Outdoor Chairs: ASTM F2288, BIFMA where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., tool injury, chair collapse, plant damage).
